First, some happy reunions! Franco and Josefina are back! It already feels more complete having them here again. Next time you’re in, make sure to say hello…they’ve missed you just as much.

And speaking of new (and already beloved) faces, we’re so excited to welcome Silvie, who’s joined us all the way from Brazil. She’s only been here a week, but somehow she’s already making focaccia better than Nick (it's true!). Come in, try a piece for yourself, and give her a warm Gusto welcome!

With summer peeking around the corner, we’ve got a few changes coming your way. Starting next week, we’ll be opening Thursday nights for dinner with an updated menu we can’t wait for you to taste. Then, in the first week of June, we’ll add Wednesday dinners as well—rounding out our full summer schedule. Longer evenings, good food, and more time together…just the way it should be.

At the end of the month, we’re celebrating our Blue Moon Dinner! Our first time rolling out the pizza truck this year. It’s going to be a special one, so come dressed in blue and ready to celebrate with us under the evening sky!

For those of you who’ve ever said, “I wish I could learn how to make this,” we’ve been listening. We’re now offering private cooking classes! Gather a group of 10, choose an Italian dish, and we’ll guide you through it from scratch in a hands-on experience. It’s messy, fun, full of laughter and wine, just how cooking should be! A couple quick reminders while we have you: Gusto Market is open on Tuesdays, so you can stop in even on quieter days. And with graduation season right around the corner, don’t forget to place your catering orders soon. Those dates tend to fill up faster than we expect.
