Well, here we are in October! The leaves have changed, the air is getting cooler, and we’re starting to settle into that cozy time of year!

This Thursday, October 8th, we’ll have the pizza truck outside along with our regular menu, and we’d love for you to stop by! Grab something delicious, and enjoy the evening with us! If you’d rather take Gusto home with you, even better! All takeout orders this Thursday night will receive a 10% discount! Give us a call, place your order, and let us do the cooking for you!

Then, it’s time for our little fall break. Gusto will be closed next week, from October 12th through October 19th. Elena and Nick will be making the trip back to Italy to spend some much-needed time with family, while the rest of the Gusto team gets a chance to take a breath and enjoy a well-earned break of their own. We’ll also be taking care of some maintenance around the cafe while we’re closed, getting everything ready for the months ahead. We’ll miss seeing all of you, but we’re looking forward to coming back refreshed and ready to cook! We’ll reopen Tuesday, October 20th at 8am.

When we return, there will be one small change to our dinner schedule. As we move into the quieter months, we’ll no longer be serving dinner on Wednesdays. We’ll still be here for our regular dinner service Thursday through Saturday, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to come in, settle in, and let us feed you!

And speaking of something to look forward to, our next International Dinner is coming up on November 21st! We’re already getting excited about this one, and we’ll have plenty more information to share in our next newsletter. Keep an eye out, you won’t want to miss it!

Finally, we’re looking for another person to join our Gusto team! We’re currently looking for a full-time baker who can work with us year-round. You don’t necessarily need to know everything from the start. If you’re the right fit, we’re happy to teach you, train you, and let you in on a few Gusto secrets! If you love baking, enjoy working with a team, and want to become part of our little family here in Center Harbor, we’d love to hear from you!
