We’re currently looking for an apartment for one or two of our chefs! Ideally, we’d love to find something in or around Center Harbor, but we’re open to possibilities nearby. If you have an apartment, seasonal home, or vacation rental that may be available from December through April (or longer), please reach out and let us know. Having a comfortable place for our international chefs to call home will help us keep our incredible team together and, most importantly, help us keep our doors open and doing what we love for all of you. If you know someone who may have a place available, please spread the word!

Just another little reminder before October sneaks up on us: Gusto will be closed from October 12th through October 19th. We’ll reopen and be ready to welcome you back on October 20th! One more important change to keep in mind: when we reopen, we will no longer be serving dinner on Wednesdays. So if Wednesday night Gusto dinners are part of your weekly routine, make sure you come get your mid-week fix soon!

And now for something we’re especially excited about! On Thursday, November 12th, we’re taking your taste buds on a trip around the world with our International Dinner! We’ll be filling the table with food inspired by countries and cultures from all over the world, including Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Sicily, and more! It’s going to be a big, beautiful celebration of food, family, and all the different places and traditions that make our world so delicious. There will be a ton of food to enjoy, so come hungry and bring your appetite for adventure! Space will be limited, so please call us to make your reservation if you’d like to join us.

As the seasons change, we’re reminded once again how lucky we are to have all of you alongside us. Whether you’re stopping in for your morning coffee, picking up something from the Market, joining us for dinner, or simply waving hello when you walk by, you’re part of what makes Gusto feel like home.
