First, we have a very special visitor hopping into Gusto… the Easter Bunny! Join us next Thursday, April 2nd from 4-6pm for an afternoon filled with laughter and little moments you’ll want to hold onto. We’ll have an Easter Egg Hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny, a full Gusto buffet, and even an Easter Bunny Parade. It’s $25 for the first parent & child, and $10 for each additional guest. With Easter right around the corner, this is also your last chance to place your catering orders. We’re especially excited about this year’s offerings: traditional Pizzagaina and a Pistachio & Ricotta cake! And speaking of special- Nick is coming home! After spending time in Italy studying under incredible chefs and butchers, he’s bringing back new techniques, fresh inspiration, and a whole lot of excitement for what’s next! We can’t wait for you to taste what he’s been working on; expect to see some new ideas making their way onto your plates very soon!

With Nick back, we’re returning to our full schedule starting next week. We’ll be open Tuesday through Sunday from 8am–3pm again, and truthfully, we’ve missed those extra days with you more than we can say!

Even while we were closed on Tuesdays, we kept busy behind the scenes making updates, refining things, and preparing for what’s ahead. Next up is the Market. We’re planning some much-needed improvements there as well, but in the meantime, don’t forget to stop in for ready-to-go dinners and our fresh Gusto dinner kits. Perfect for those nights when you want something comforting without the work!

There’s so much more on the horizon! In next week’s newsletter, we’ll be sharing our plans for the summer: Italian Club gatherings, cooking classes, and a few new events we think you’ll really love.
