Ciao Famiglia Gusto!
First off, Nick is away in Italy right now! He’s spending time in Florence studying under a traditional chef and butcher, diving deep into the craft that makes Italian cuisine so special. We're excited for him to have this opportunity and are antsy to have him back to share what he's learned!
While he’s away, just a reminder that starting next week, Gusto Cafe will be closed on Tuesdays through the end of March. A small shift in the rhythm of our week giving us time to reset, refresh, and prepare for all the goodness ahead. Thank you, as always, for rolling with these changes like family does.

Speaking of what’s ahead, we’ve been busy (believe it or not)! After attending several recent wedding and event shows, we’ve gotten a ton of new catering orders. So many of you are trusting us with your most meaningful celebrations, and that means everything to us!
Because of that, we’re expanding our catering menu! Expect more Italian desserts, more regional specialties, and more ways to bring a little Gusto to your weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, and gatherings of all kinds. We’re dreaming up new sweets, savory bites, and beautiful spreads that feel just as special as the occasions you’re celebrating!
In March, we’ll begin gathering feedback and gauging interest for cooking classes in our new location. This space will allow for more hands-on demonstrations, more interaction, and better opportunities to teach. Keep an eye out for surveys and little invitations to share your thoughts. We truly want to build these classes around what you are most excited to learn!
As always, thank you for being part of La Famiglia Gusto. Whether you’re stopping in for an espresso, planning a wedding feast, or dreaming about learning to make pasta from scratch with us — you are the reason we do this!
Buon Appetito
Elena & Nick
