Ciao Famiglia Gusto!
We wanted to sit down and write you a little note, the way you do with people you care about, because a few changes (and celebrations!) are coming up here at Gusto.
Starting Tuesday, February 23rd, both Gusto Market & Gusto Cafe will be closed on Tuesdays for the month of March. Don’t worry—we’ll be back to our normal rhythm before you know it! Sometimes even the best kitchens need a brief pause to make room for something special.
And if you’re wondering why we’ll be closed on Tuesdays, here’s the exciting part: Nick is heading to Italy to take an incredible chef class, soak up inspiration, technique, and learn as much as he can! If you see him before he leaves, please wish him safe travels and a big in bocca al lupo! He'll also learn from a famous butcher! We can’t wait for him to bring a little more Italy back home to us!
A quick Valentine’s update—Saturday night is completely booked (thank you, thank you). Friday night is almost full, with just a few tables left. If you’re planning a special evening, now’s the time to snag a reservation before they’re gone!
And finally… a very important announcement. The true boss of Gusto, Lorenzo, turns a huge 2 years old this Friday! He’s got about 19 more years before we can serve him, but that won’t stop him from dancing on the bar and stealing hearts in the meantime!
Thank you for being part of our extended family. We’re so grateful for you, and we can’t wait to see you soon.
Buon Appetito
Elena & Nick
