Just a gentle reminder that Gusto is temporarily closed on Tuesdays through the month of March. This little shift in our hours is helping us focus on some exciting growth. Thank you, as always, for rolling with us and supporting the rhythm of our small family business. It means more than you know.

As many of you already know, Nick is still hard at work in Italy, fully immersed in his culinary class: learning, tasting, asking questions, and soaking up every bit of knowledge he can! He’s studying techniques and tradition, the kind you can’t quite write down in a recipe. And now, Elena has flown out to join him! Italy may have them for now, but all that they’re learning is truly for you.

This year we’re offering something truly special: a real Tuscan experience with our Pizza Truck. Imagine this: our beautiful truck arriving at your wedding, graduation, backyard celebration, or corporate event. The grill fired up. The scent of homemade sausages sizzling. Steaks, chicken, and vibrant vegetables grilling right in front of your guests. Our Italian and Argentinian chefs working the flames, sharing their craft and their joy. Tomorrow, Wednesday, 2/25, is Nick’s birthday! Even though he and Elena are celebrating in Italy this year, we know it would mean the world to him to feel the love from home. If you’re on social media, tag him and tag Gusto and send him a big, loud “Buon Compleanno!” Let’s remind him that his Gusto family is always cheering him on, no matter how many miles away he may be.
