Ciao Famiglia Gusto!

We hope this note finds you warm, well, and craving something delicious. Winter has a quieter rhythm, but our hearts (and kitchen) are very full, and we’re excited to share a few special moments coming up at Gusto!

First, we are so happy to invite you to the very first Gusto Italian Club meeting! Thursday, January 29th, upstairs from 5:30-7:30pm. In just under two hours, we’ll explore two beloved regions of Italy (Tuscany and Lazio) through food, wine, music, and a little friendly fun!

Our dear friend Lauren Onsrud will grace us with her opera singing abilities, performing iconic pieces from Tosca and Gianni Schicchi. You’ll enjoy a tasting buffet of regional specialties, a wine tasting, a lighthearted trivia challenge with prizes, and a live dessert demonstration by Chef Rino and Elena, featuring a sweet from these regions. The bar will be open, spots are limited, and tickets are $50, including wine tasting and buffet access. As a thank-you, attending this first gathering will also unlock savings on future Italian Club events - a little gift for being part of the beginning.

Love is also in the air as Valentine’s Day approaches! We’re offering a special Valentine’s Dinner for $80 per person, starting with Beet Carpaccio Salad and Red Lasagna. For your main course, you’ll choose from our regular dinner menu, and the evening will end on a sweet note with a Pavlova dessert by Chef Rino. It’s a menu made for lingering, sharing, and celebrating together.

For those planning a cozy gathering at home, we’ve got you covered for the Super Bowl on February 8th. Our Super Bowl Special serves about 10 people and includes meatballs, mini panini, classic Caesar salad, and focaccia—easy, comforting, and crowd-pleasing. The price is $160, and it’s perfect for enjoying the game without leaving the kitchen.

Lastly, a gentle reminder about our winter hours:

• Gusto Market is closed on Tuesdays

• No dinner service on Thursdays
