Ciao Famiglia Gusto!

First, a small schedule change for the next few weeks during the slow season. Gusto Market will be closed on Tuesdays, just for now. And as a reminder, we also won’t be serving Thursday night dinners throughout the winter. Thank you for always rolling with us as the seasons change, your flexibility means more than you know!

We also have some bittersweet news to share. One of our incredibly talented chefs, George, is heading off toward an exciting new opportunity! We’re so proud of him and grateful to have watched him grow over the past few years. If you see him in the coming days, please stop in and wish him well on his next adventure! We’ll miss him, but his departure also opens the door for someone new to grow with us. If you (or someone you know) are looking to take the next step as a chef, we’d love to hear from you.

On a brighter note, please help us give a warm Gusto welcome to our new H-2B visa team members, Carlos and Jonathan! Carlos joins us from Peru, and Jonathon from Guatemala. We’re so happy to have them as part of our family — come say hello, introduce yourself, and help them feel at home in our little corner of the world.

And finally, now is the perfect time to start planning your Valentine’s Day date nights. On Saturday, February 14th, we’ll be offering a special dinner menu for those celebrating love at Gusto. Whether it’s your first date or your fiftieth Valentine together, we’d be honored to host you!
