Our Hunter’s Super Moon Dinner is just around the corner, next Monday, October 6th! A Tuscan-inspired feast crafted to celebrate the harvest season under the glow of the full moon. Our chefs have prepared something truly special for you all: smoky chestnut soup with crispy guanciale, homemade garganelli pasta with wild boar ragu & porcini mushrooms, Tuscan pan-seared duck breast over potato gratin finished with hibiscus, juniper & red wine reduction, and a surprise dessert to bring the evening to a sweet close. Each guest will also enjoy a complimentary welcome cocktail, and as always, there are a few extra treats—kids eat free with their own menu, groups of 8+ receive a 12% discount, and those dressed in all white will receive $10 off their ticket. At $100 per person, it’s an evening you won’t want to miss. Reservations can be made online or by giving us a call—we expect to fill quickly!

We also want to take a moment to celebrate our incredible Gusto team. Just this past weekend, our Market Manager Chef John, cook Cristian, and General Manager Alan all jumped into new roles to keep dinner service smooth and joyful! Alan and Cristian stepped behind the bar with grace, while Chef John returned to the kitchen line to keep the plates flying. Their flexibility, care, and dedication remind us why we’re so lucky to have such a strong family here at Gusto.
