The season of harvest is upon us, and here at Gusto, it feels like everything is ripening at once — flavors, friendships, and moments to celebrate together.

First, the one we are most excited about: our Super Moon Harvest Dinner is coming up quickly! This will be a true Tuscan-inspired feast to honor the bounty of the season. The evening will begin with Chestnut Soup with smoked rosemary and crispy guanciale, followed by our homemade Garganelli pasta tossed in wild boar ragù and porcini mushrooms, and finished with a stunning Tuscan pan-seared duck breast resting on potato gratin, dressed with a hibiscus, juniper, and red wine reduction.
