Il Quattro luglio si Avvicina! The Fourth of July is Coming!

As summer rolls on and the days get longer, we wanted to send a little note to keep you in the loop on what’s happening here at Gusto—there’s a lot coming up that we’re excited to share!

First things first: this week’s specials are truly something special. Our chefs are preparing a beautiful rolled pork tenderloin stuffed with homemade sausage, served with a silky butternut squash purée; it’s rich, comforting, and perfect for these early summer evenings! We’ve also just brought in newly imported cured meats from Italy, so our charcuterie board is looking (and tasting!) better than ever!

Looking ahead to next week—on Wednesday, July 2nd, we’ll be open for dinner from 4:30 to 9:00pm. Our space fills up quickly on special nights, so if you’re thinking of joining us, please do call ahead and reserve a table. We’d love to see you!

Then of course next Friday is the Fourth of July! Always one of our favorite nights of the summer! We’ll be open for regular dinner hours, and if you book your reservation for after 7pm, you’ll be in the perfect spot to watch the Center Harbor fireworks right from here. And yes, the Pizza Truck will be parked out front starting at 5pm, slinging pies until we run out of dough and toppings!

If you’re planning any gatherings for the holiday, don’t forget to get your catering orders in soon! We’re already sold out of the mini sandwiches, but there’s still plenty to choose from across our menu of homemade favorites! Just give us a call and we’ll help you put together the perfect spread.

And lastly—mark your calendars! On Wednesday, July 16th, we’re hosting a very special Wine Tasting & International Buffet Dinner. We’ll have our grill and the Pizza Truck fired up, an incredible selection of wines we’ve been excited to share, and plenty of delicious food to pair them with. It’s going to be a great night - more details to come soon!
