The day after Labor Day has always felt like our New Year here at Gusto. The busy hum of summer starts to slow, and we finally get the space to dream up new menus, special dinners, and unique experiences to share with you. It’s the season of fresh beginnings, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

Fall is one of our favorite times in the Lakes Region! The leaves are turning, the air is crisp, and inside Gusto, the kitchen is filling with the aromas of comforting soups and hearty pastas. Soup & Pasta Specials are back, the perfect way to warm up as we transition into the chilly months.

For those of you thinking about gathering friends and family, this is also the time when our Pizza Truck and Private Events shift into reduced-price season! We’ve had the honor of hosting celebrations from intimate groups of 25 to parties of over 100 this summer! Thank you all for choosing Gusto! Mark your calendars for Monday, October 6th! We’ll host our Super Moon Harvest Party with an incredible dinner and a view of the rising moon. It promises to be a magical evening, and we’d love nothing more than to share it with you all!

And now for something completely different: in past years, we’ve usually closed or slowed down for the winter. Not this time around! We’ll be staying open with our regular hours all winter long. So even in the cold of January, you’ll still find us here with warm food, bright company, and a little Italian sunshine to chase away the cold!

Finally, this weekend we’re thrilled to support the Lakes Region Dance Competitive Team! Stop by Gusto on Saturday & Sunday after 8:30am to purchase mums and help their fundraiser bloom!

We feel so grateful to have each of you as part of our Gusto family. This season is shaping up to be one of our most exciting yet, and we can’t wait to share it with you!
