Ciao Famiglia Gusto!
The leaves are turning, the air is crisp, and here at Gusto we’re overflowing with newness and excitement that we can’t wait to share with you!
First, it's been a long time coming, but we’re happy to announce that you can now make dinner reservations online! Just head over to our website & click on the Reserve a Table button to try out our new system, and book your dinner for the coming weekends! We hope it makes planning your time with us a little easier!
We also have an idea we’d love your thoughts on: what do you think about starting a Lakes Region Italy Club? Imagine monthly meetups centered on Italian culture, travel, history, and, naturally, food. If this stirs your curiosity, click the link below and leave your email address. If enough of you are interested, we’ll make it happen!

Mark your calendars: in just two weeks, on Monday, October 6, we’ll host our Super Moon Harvest Dinner! Dress all in white and join us under the glow of the Harvest Moon. The menu will be hearty and celebratory, with venison and other specialties inspired by the tradition of caccia (hunting) in both Italy and New Hampshire. The full menu is coming next week, but reservations are already open! Just give us a call (this one won’t be through the online system) to secure your spot.
Starting this week, Friday nights at Gusto will feature rotating chef specials. Each week, a different chef will prepare something special. This Friday we’re starting off with a comforting plate of farfalle bowties handmade by Josephina with brown butter, fried sage, and butternut squash; perfect for autumn evenings.
For something a little unexpected: the Café is now serving matcha! Stop in to try this vibrant Japanese drink—your Italian café just got a little greener.
Meanwhile, the Market is absolutely overloaded with deliciousness: eggplant parmigiana, lasagna, quiches, soup, cookies, and more. And speaking of more, we’ve just expanded our deli offerings to include Pecorino Fresco, fennel salami from Tuscany, and bufala mozzarella. Come see (and taste) what’s new!
As always, thank you for being part of the Gusto family. These moments -whether over a bowl of pasta, a glass of wine, or a story about Italy- are sweeter because we get to share them with you.
Buon Appetito
Elena & Nick
