Ciao Famiglia Gusto!

First, thank you to everyone who took the time to fill out our cooking class survey! We were overwhelmed by all of your wonderful ideas. From regional Italian specialties to homemade pasta, desserts, breads, and family recipes, you've given us enough inspiration to keep us cooking for quite a while! Don't be surprised if you see your suggestion on an upcoming class schedule! Speaking of which, our next cooking class with available seats will be Tuesday, September 22nd. If you've been waiting for your chance to join us in the kitchen, now's the time! Give us a call and reserve your spot before it's full!

This week Elena, Nick, and Lorenzo are heading back to Italy to spend time with family, make new memories, and, knowing them, eat their way across the country in the name of "research." We know they'll return rested with fresh inspiration and plenty of new recipes and ideas to share with all of us! We hope you'll join us in wishing them safe travels, wonderful reunions, and an unforgettable trip.
